Can I Change What Products I Want To Receive In My Autoship? – Yes, you can change your autoship items by contacting the Customer Service Dept. via a special number you will receive once you have signed-up to the autoship program. You can make changes no less than 10 days prior to your autoship date. For example, let’s say your products are scheduled to be shipped October 25th. You must contact our office no later than October 15th to make a change in your order. (Note: LeVive mini shots does not qualify for autoship recurring order solely. Mini shots can however be added to your standard monthly autoship recurring order).

After I Stop or Cancel My Autoship or Wholesale Club Account Will The Company Keep Charging Me? – No, once you email or call in your cancellation request for autoship 10 days prior to your next delivery you will no longer be charged for future recurring orders. To cancel your wholesale club membership account, you can cancel at anytime by contacting us here.

How Do I Pay For My Monthly Autoship? – When your account is setup, you will be charged for your first delivery of 4 (four) 26fl oz bottles of Levive. Thereafter, each month your credit card used to sign-up will automatically be billed on a monthly basis for future deliveries of LeVive Juice.

How Do I Pay For My Wholesale Club Membership? – To join our Wholesale Club Membership, the cost is only $9.99/month, and a one-time, non-refundable application/wholesale account setup fee of $30. The credit card used to join the wholesale club membership will automatically be billed on a monthly basis for our monthly membership access.

Is There Any Risk In Getting On Either Program? – Absolutely not! Quite the opposite – you get the benefit of saving money on every order you place with the company AND it is easy to cancel, or even change your Autoship as your needs change at any time.

What Happens If There’s A Problem With My Payment For An Autoship Order? – If there is a problem processing your credit card (card is declined or has expired), you will be notified of the problem via email or by phone by a support representative. You will need to contact customer support to provide the correct and/or updated credit card information. If you fail to do so, the AutoShip order will be canceled and no future orders will be shipped to you.

What Happens If There’s A Problem With My Wholesale Club Membership Payment? – If there is a problem processing your credit card (card is declined or has expired), you will be notified of the problem via email or by phone. You will need to re-enroll in the club membership below to get back into our “Private Club Members Area”. You will not however, be charged again for a new account setup fee.

Can I Cancel or Stop My Autoship Account At Anytime? – Yes of course! We don’t believe in “holding people hostage to our autoship program.” To cancel, you must contact our Customer Service Dept. via our online contact form or by phone stating that you would like to cancel your autoship 10 days prior to your delivery date. Please ensure to provide your Customer ID# including first and last name for verification purposes.
